Child, Teen & Family Counseling

Our therapists provide a safe, supportive space where children and teens can explore their thoughts and feelings while building skills to manage challenges. We work with children ages 5 and up and can incorporate family therapy to support the entire family system.

Relationship Counseling

Any relationship can easily become complicated and stressful. Showing up as your best self requires tools to navigate, negotiate, and collaborate. Our therapists will join with you and your partner to create the relationship that you envision.

Psychological Evaluation

Psychological assessment at Simply Mindful Counseling provides a deeper understanding of an individual’s strengths and areas for growth, helps identify concerns related to cognitive and emotional functioning, and guides personalized recommendations for treatment.
