Working with children and teens is both my passion and my purpose. I am a child therapist dedicated to helping children, teens and families feel understood, supported and empowered. I believe every person has strengths, and with the right tools, they can learn to navigate emotions, build healthy relationships and develop confidence.

My approach is child-centered and developmentally appropriate, incorporating play-based and evidence-based strategies to meet each child or teen where they are at. I work collaboratively with caregivers and schools to ensure consistent support across settings. Above all, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where children and teens feel comfortable expressing themselves and growing at their own pace.
