Herbal Treatment

Medication Management Intake Appointment: $250
Subsequent sessions range between $100 and $200 depending on session length.

*Medication management services are directly billable to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, HAP and Medicare.

Patients with all other insurance plans may privately pay for services and will be provided paperwork to submit to their insurance plan to request reimbursement.

Genesight Testing

The GeneSight Psychotropic test is a genetic test (using a simple cheek swab) that shows our medication manager how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test reveals which medications may work best, for your unique body, to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. It can also help identify which current medications may require a dosage adjustment, which medications may be less likely to work for you, and which medications you may have an increased risk of side effects from, based on your DNA.
Available for patients 13 years old and older.

If you have insurance, Genesight bills your insurer for the cost of the test. Some insurance plans cover the cost of the test, although this may vary.

  • Medicare (Part B) Covered Tests - You will have a $0 out-of-pocket cost.

  • 95% of patients pay $330 or less for their Genesight test.

  • Genesight offers financial assistance for those without insurance, including an interest-free payment plan for those with out-of-pocket costs greater than $100.
