CHILD & FAMILY THERAPY

Our therapists utilize developmentally appropriate strategies to help children, age 5 and above, cope with difficult emotions. Because children do not struggle in isolation, our therapists often incorporate a family therapy component when working with children to support the whole family system.
Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes
