What To Expect
Therapy is a healing process that takes time and necessitates participation and investment from the patient and provider alike. It is essential to understand that therapy is not a magic pill or a simple fix. Making mindful changes to self-defeating behavior, challenging negative narratives and learning how to coping with difficult feelings opens you up to life-altering results.
The hardest part is making the decision to embark on the therapeutic journey.
Simply Mindful Counseling offers psychotherapy services to adults, teens, children, couples and families. We are committed to providing services that are diverse, equitable and inclusive.
The Intake Process
Once your intake appointment is scheduled you will receive an email with a link to your Patient Portal. We ask that all intake paperwork be completed 72 hours prior to your intake appointment.
At your intake appointment you and your provider will spend time getting to know each other while talking about what has brought you in to treatment. You will also discuss treatment planning, including setting goals and determining the most therapeutic frequency for treatment.
Cost of Services
The cost of services vary based on many factors, including if you are privately paying for services or if you are utilizing your insurance benefits, services being provided, and your provider of choice.
A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) will be provided to all patients paying privately or utilizing out of network insurance benefits.
