As a clinician, I look to create a safe space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences that have shaped you. You are the expert in yourself and our sessions together will reflect that. My treatment approach is to make our sessions you-centered, meeting you exactly where you are. I work through a holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens. While there are many different ways to approach therapy, my goal is to tailor it to best suit your needs. Where I can cultivate an environment that feels safe, open, and comforting so we can work alongside each other. I identify as a queer, multiracial woman, so validating and incorporating your true authentic self is extremely important to me. While therapy is a vulnerable place, it can also be a place where we find our voice and strengths. In our sessions, I hope to laugh together, explore your interests or current hyper-fixations, build resilience, and ultimately create a safe space to explore what makes you, you. Whether you are looking for skills to help with your anxiety, understanding your ADHD more, or dealing with life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you, cheering you on.
