I believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust and understanding. I believe that healing begins

when you feel heard, respected and safe. I believe that you know your story and experiences best, which is why I take a holistic, person-centered approach to your treatment; meaning I see and understand you as a whole person, not just symptoms or specific issues. This perspective allows us to work together to cultivate confidence and long-term success as you navigate life’s challenges. Therapy and healing are not linear or one size fits all, which is why I use multiple therapeutic modalities including DBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and ACT to help you in your therapeutic journey. I will hold space for you and work with you to create a therapeutic bond that allows for safety, exploration of your feelings and experiences, healing and growth.
