I believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust and understanding. I work with adolescents and young adults who struggle with eating disorders, disorder eating, anxiety and depression. I believe that healing begins when the patient feels heard, respected and safe. I believe that you know your story and experiences best which is why I take a person-centered approach to your treatment. Therapy and healing are not linear or one size fits all, I use multiple therapeutic modalities including DBT, motivational interviewing, CBT and ACT to help you in your healing journey. I will hold space for you and work with you to create a therapeutic bond that allows for safety, exploration, healing and growth.
