Individual Therapy
Everyone has a story to share, and everyone deserves a safe, judgment-free space to do so. I offer a warm, nurturing environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—and where you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will explore what you’re experiencing, identify what’s getting in the way, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. My role is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you discover the most effective path forward.
Therapy for Children, Teens, and Parents
Being a kid today is hard—and parenting in today’s world can feel equally overwhelming and confusing. With over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, and families, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges while building skills for resilience, emotional regulation, and growth.
I provide a supportive, engaging space where children and teens feel safe to explore and express their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My work incorporates developmentally appropriate art and play therapy techniques, customized to each child’s individual needs. My goal is to help young clients develop practical tools they can use to thrive at home, in school, and within their community.
I also offer parent sessions alongside a child’s individual therapy. As your child builds new skills, I help guide you in reinforcing and supporting those skills at home. Since parent-child interactions have a powerful impact on a child’s mental health, I aim to empower you with strategies to confidently manage day-to-day behaviors and big emotions—so you feel more equipped and connected as a parent.
