Therapeutic Biography
I am a clinical psychotherapist dedicated to supporting mental, emotional, and behavioral health and wellness. My work focuses on balance, awareness, and mindfulness. In partnership we will work to identify integral parts of your life that directly contribute to your overall well-being. I will teach you and empower you to develop and refine skills to live a balanced life.
I use a variety of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to support you in achieving your desired outcomes. My training and professional work with individuals experiencing grief and loss, terminal illness, trauma, and assault, as well as with folks identifying as LGBTQIA+, have allowed me to approach therapy in creative and unique ways. I tailor my approach to you and your goals, and I use my professional training to support your journey.
I look forward to meeting you.
