Therapeutic Biography

Whether a recent break up or moving to a new town or school, life can be confusing and overwhelming. Luckily, I not only can empathize with these feelings, but am here to help equip you with the tools needed to navigate and affirm positive feelings within outselves-about ourselves, our talents, our capabilities, our jobs and our relationships.

Although I specialize in working with teens and young adults, I have experience working with individuals from ages 6-60 who have experienced big life transitions, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationship issues. I utilize various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. Using these interventions, I encourage my clients to lean into their emotions, reframe negative thought patterns, and develop a strong sense of self. My goal is to help my clients feel safe, supported and validated as they move throughout their life journey.
