I am here to offer guidance and support in a nonjudgmental, empathic and safe space. My aim is to meet you where you are on your personal wellness journey. We will work together to overcome barriers to help you reach your therapy goals. I utilize a person or client centered approach and value your voice. I have a background in many evidenced based methods to treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet your individual needs. I have experience in psychological assessment and individual and group therapies. I am a practiced therapist in addressing mental health concerns, depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem, school issues and women’s issues. I look forward to partnering with you to achieve your goals for your best self.
