Life comes with unexpected twists, challenges, and growing pains. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or adjusting to a major life transition, etc., you don’t have to do it alone. I’m passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they explore what healing, balance, and growth look like in their own lives.

Mental health is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Wayne State University, completing my graduate studies in 2023. My education, combined with my real-world experience, allows me to bring both clinical skill and genuine compassion to the therapy space.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with others, while also integrating person-centered and holistic methods. That means I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique story, strengths, and goals.

One of my favorite words is: "Grace." We give so much of it to others and often forget to offer that same kindness to ourselves.  In our sessions, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
