Therapeutic Biography
Life can be overwhelming and stressful at times. Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, feeling challenged or stuck within relationships or with work/school or just want to make lifestyle changes but are not sure where to begin - I am here to support you in navigating these issues and identifying ways to live in a manner that is authentic, empowering and transformative. My therapy style is direct, honest and compassionate.
With over 20 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, relaxed environment where you feel able to be open and vulnerable. I believe in drawing upon the strengths and resilience of my clients as we do our work together, whether that is short term counseling to navigate some of life’s bumps or for long term therapy to work on chronic issues or patterns.
I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy and it is a gift we give ourselves. Although it can feel uncomfortable to ask for help, I encourage you to take the risk and reach out. It is the first step towards improved well-being, happiness and finding peace. I look forward to meeting you!
