Therapeutic Biography
As a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions and challenges with compassion and understanding. I take pride in creating a safe and inclusive space for all my clients and believe laughing and connection are important aspects of the therapeutic journey together. In my practice I address a wide range of concerns, but am particularly passionate about working with middle-aged adults facing midlife issues, such as identify shifts, hormonal changes and evolving family dynamics.
As a parent myself, I bring a personal understanding of the complexities of family life and the emotional journey it entails. My approach is client centered and tailored to meet my client’s needs, blending evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and mindfulness to foster growth and resilience.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or seeking clarity, I am here to help you find balance and empowerment. When you are ready to take the next step towards improved well-being, happiness and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting soon!
