I know that making the jump to ask for help is not easy. Whether you are navigating stress from a past, present, or future event, struggling with anxiety, or experiencing relationship issues, I will meet you wherever you are with kindness, compassion, and respect. We will work together on emotional regulation, identifying your strengths, and catering to those strengths to accomplish your goals. As a clinician in training, I will incorporate various therapeutic techniques to support your growth. I believe that you should be the driver of your therapeutic journey and I a passenger, there to provide you with a nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself and feel safe to express your emotions. We will work as a team to help you become the best you can be, focusing on areas that you would like to focus on, and moving at whatever pace you are most comfortable with. 

My preferred client is open-minded and willing to engage fully in the therapeutic process. I am not asking for perfection, but rather an openness to exploring and working through complex and difficult emotions, and appreciating the journey just as much as the destination. I want you to feel comfortable enough to be your most authentic self and to tell me if something does not work for you because, again, you are in the driver’s seat.
