As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, biracial, and queer, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face one’s problems. I want to help you overcome your fears and live life to the fullest. Reaching out is the hardest part so I encourage you to take a deep breath, and take a leap of faith. I am passionate about working with the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and the Neurodivergent community. I believe we all deserve access to healthcare; regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural values, religious/non-religious beliefs, age, socioeconomic class, and mental health status. I have over 5 years of experience working with children, families, teens, and young adults. I use evidence-based treatment modalities such as Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy. I strive to create a safe and affirming environment for all of my clients. I am passionate about using a strengths based approach to therapy. We all have strengths, sometimes we just need a little help knowing how to use them.
