Therapeutic Biography
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful growth and healing together.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you are struggling with self-esteem, overthinking, difficult emotions, or adjusting to change, I strive to help you feel genuinely heard and understood throughout the therapeutic process.
My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and evidence-informed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to help clients better understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I value tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences, identities, and goals.
I view the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important parts of healing, and I strive to create a space grounded in compassion, authenticity, and trust. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
