Therapeutic Biography
Asking for help isn’t easy, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to begin this journey. My role is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to identify your strengths and move toward your therapeutic goals. As a therapist in training, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to best fit your individual needs. I will provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore and process behaviors, thoughts, and emotions at your own pace. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to self-reflection, curiosity, and personal growth. While change often involves stepping into discomfort, I provide a trusting, compassionate space where you can share your story and take steps forward at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to working together and supporting your therapeutic journey.
