Slow, Mindful Yoga
I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and have always been interested in the mind body connection. My love for yoga started as a way to find clarity and balance in my own life and quickly drew me into a more spiritual way of living. My yoga mat became the place where I found self-awareness, peace and contentment. I decided to take a yoga teacher training to deepen my own practice, but never with the intent to teach. As I completed the course, I gained a deeper sense of myself, an evolved practice and an excitement to share with others. I enjoy teaching slow, mindful yoga that builds self-awareness, regulates the nervous system and ultimately builds greater resilience. I believe that yoga should be taught so that it is accessible to everyone. My mission is to weave authentic yoga principles into today’s modern living to bring balance, peace and stability.
