I enjoy problem-solving and helping clients become more aware of and better able to manage their mood, and day to day struggles. I take a patient-centered approach and strive to form strong treatment alliances. My goal is to provide a supportive therapeutic relationship with people who are struggling with trauma, grief, and life transitions. I have advanced training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and enjoy using these skills with clients. I strive to provide each of my clients with a safe, affirming environment to explore their goals, manage their mood, and work toward living a healthy lifestyle.
