Hey, I'm so glad you found me! If you're a kid, teen or young adult who's carrying something heavy, maybe a lot of worry that won't quiet down, feelings that are hard to name, or a big change in your family that's left things feeling different, this is a place for you. I work with those who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions like divorce or loss. Sometimes those things show up as big emotions, sometimes as stomachaches, sometimes as not wanting to go to school. Whatever it looks like for you, we'll figure it out together. Here's something important for sessions with me: we don't have to just sit and talk. We might use art, games/video games, toys, stories, or whatever helps you feel like yourself. Creativity and communicating is how we make sense of the world, and I take that seriously. If you're a parent reading this: I’m here for you too.
