Therapeutic Biography
I am committed to providing a therapeutic environment as unique as each of my clients is unique. I believe that each client is an expert in who they are and how they approach life. As such, I seek to assist my clients by providing an open and safe, judgment-free, empowering environment to help clients develop skills for their own life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to provide a client-centered, strengths-based, holistic therapeutic approach. I provide an environment where every person is respected and valued for who they are. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, trauma-focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to assist my clients in reaching their goals and becoming emotionally healthy. If requested by the client, I am willing to explore the integration of your faith into your therapeutic experience both personally and relationally. I look forward to meeting you and hope that I can be of help to you on your journey.
