As a clinician, I hope to cultivate a space where you feel empowered to understand and know yourself better. 

I believe in a process-based, compassion-focused support model. This will allow us to center what you are hoping to address without unnecessary pressure. It’s important to me to prioritize meeting you where you are at rather than trying to make something fit that is not meant to. Together, we can create an integrative practice that uplifts your voice and unique experience. 

My background is rooted in trauma-informed practice. I entered the field through work with college students who had experienced intimate harm and trauma and were looking to find new healing and advocacy for themselves through our sessions together. Currently, I continue to work with trauma regularly. I also work frequently alongside anxiety where I am passionate about promoting the development of a mind-body connection. I have also spent time uplifting individual experiences of grief from the variety of losses and changes we face across our lives. 

I identify as a queer, cis woman, so uplifting your own authenticity in our time together is something I care deeply about. Leaning into where you feel comfortable to explore your whole self will always be centered in our work together. 

Therapy is a vulnerable practice where trusting and discovering your strengths will lead us throughout our time. In our sessions, I hope to laugh together, learn more about each other, talk about all things music, books, and coffee, and prioritize casual comfort. If you are seeking support around a new life transition, exploring your identity or sexuality, or simply looking to find your personal form of healing, I am excited to work alongside you. Being open to vulnerability with ourselves is hard, so I will always be here to cheer you on along the way.
