Intimate Trauma/Harm & Relationship Wellbeing
As a clinician, I hope to cultivate a space where you feel empowered to understand and know yourself better, grow in new ways, or embrace the non-linear journey towards healing. Leaning into where you feel comfortable to explore your whole self will always be prioritized in our space together. I believe in a process-based support model, which will allow us to center what you are hoping to address without too much structure. It is important to me to prioritize meeting you where you are at, rather than trying to make something fit that is not meant to. Together we can build an integrative practice that uplifts mindfulness skills, and emotional regulation, while also leaning into different evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solutions-Focused Therapy. Therapy is an authentic space where trusting and discovering your strengths will lead us throughout our time together. In our session time, I hope to laugh together, learn more about each other, talk about all things music, books, and coffee and prioritize casual comfort. If you are seeking support around a new life transition, exploring your identity or sexuality, or simply looking to find your personal form of healing. I am excited to work alongside you. Being open to vulnerability with ourselves is hard, so I will always be here to cheer you on along the way.
