Therapeutic Biography
I believe that everyone can and should feel powerful, safe, and whole. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for life to make us doubt our strength and potential. Past trauma, relationships, and drastic life changes are just a few things that can impact us the most. I hope to help you navigate through whatever keeps you from feeling your best, no matter how big or small you think the barrier is.
My biggest goal during therapy together is to help you become the best, most unapologetically authentic version of yourself. My therapy style is relaxed, collaborative, and holistic. You can expect to feel safe and comfortable, yet challenged at times. I love to see my clients learn how to navigate difficulties on their own, trust their new perspectives, and take risks to create change.
