Therapeutic Biography
I specialize in interpersonal practice with children, adolescents and adults.
My treatment approach is holistic and acknowledges the mind, body, and spirit. I use a combination of treatment methodologies that are strengths based, trauma informed and that are rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This holistic approach allows for individualized and integrated care for every person that work with.
It is my goal to promote an empowering therapeutic relationship that encourages you to take an active role in your personal growth.
If you are in a season of transition, feeling uncertain, or experiencing self-doubt, I’d like to help you find the clarity that you’re craving and to inspire your personal growth and healing.
