Parenting Skills and Support
LGBTQIA Youth and Adults
Family Conflict and Divorce
It is a sacred privilege to be a therapist, to sit with people during the most challenging moments of their lives. My goal as a clinician is to cultivate a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you feel comfortable to express yourself authentically. Together, we can use an integrative approach toward healing through mindfulness, expressive art, and other evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Whether you’re seeking support while navigating family conflict, the challenges of parenting, experiencing difficult life transitions, or seeking an affirming space to explore gender identity and sexuality, I am honored to guide you in your exploration.
