Therapeutic Biography
As a therapist in training, I am dedicated to supporting individuals who have endured trauma, abuse, and neglect to help them reconnect with their authentic selves. These experiences can disrupt how we connect with others, respond to stress, and view our own worth, often leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who we truly are. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered as we work through the patterns and beliefs shaped by your experiences, fostering greater self-compassion and inner peace. I draw on parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to address both the emotional and physical aspects of healing. By focusing on the mind-body connection, I aim to help clients process their experiences on a deeper, more holistic level. Guided by a trauma-informed perspective and an attachment-based approach, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're ready to dive into meaningful emotional work or are still exploring what healing looks like for you, I am here to help. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I am here to support you in finding connection, healing, and a path forward that feels authentic to you.
