Therapeutic Biography
Life is unpredictable and full of challenges. These challenges can sometimes leave us feeling confused, frustrated, and lost. However, you do not have to face these challenges alone. I will provide a comfortable and safe space for you to discuss and confront all your worries and stresses. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using a strength-based therapeutic approach, where I aim to help my clients reach their goals, discover their passions, work through their fears, and utilize their strengths. Treatment methodologies I use most consist of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapy. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free zone where we can work through any struggles you face.
I look forward to the journey we will embark on together.
