Hello and welcome! Seeking help and deciding to begin therapy is a difficult decision, requiring courage, strength and vulnerability. While working together, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist and provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can come as you are and experience support, healing and growth. Together we will work to understand how your emotional experiences, relational patterns, and thoughts/behaviors impact your daily life.
My approach is strength-based, person-centered, integrative and comprehensive, yet simple, down-to-earth and genuine. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities based on your individual needs and goals and specialize in working with adults and adolescents. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stressful life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, or grief and loss, I am here to help and support you through your journey of growth and healing.
Life is full of challenges that can be difficult to face alone. Despite these challenges, I believe that everyone can find peace, comfort, and meaning in life given the right tools, support, and guidance. My goal is that you feel comfortable to talk about your life experiences and know that I am there to help you find your way through life’s challenges. If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions, please reach out to me. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey.
