I specialize in working with young children, adolescents, teenagers, and families. My goal as a clinician is to cultivate a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you and your children feel comfortable to express yourselves. We will work together to set family goals and work toward desired change through reflection, processing, and skill building. When working with children, I believe in creative approaches to therapy and often incorporate art, play-based activities, therapeutic games and mindfulness into sessions. I have worked with families experiencing concerns related to Adoption/Foster Care, Anger, Behavior, Domestic Violence, High Conflict Divorce, Homelessness, Life Changes, Parenting Skills, School Problems, and Self-Esteem.
