Servicing Patients Since 2011
Motherhood is a beautiful, messy and complicated journey. Along with all of the love and joy that motherhood can bring, it can also bring with it some really tough emotions, from guilt to fear to anger and even grief. It is a life-changing transformation to become a mother and many times that transformation looks and feels different than we imagined. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. Working with a maternal mental health specialist can help you navigate and normalize the many changes that can accompany the transition to motherhood so you can feel supported and empowered to be the mom you want to be. I'd love to talk more about how I can best support you on your motherhood journey.
Maternal mental health is my passion and I work with moms across the continuum—from those who are expecting to those who have been in the trenches of parenthood for a while — who are experiencing emotional struggles, as well as those that just need little extra support as they navigate raising good humans, finding balance and managing “mom guilt” and burnout. My goal is to help you make time and space for healing, learn to develop healthy boundaries, increase self-care & master healthy coping strategies.
